Our newest addition spent 7 days in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). Ironically, so did his big brother. Liam, just like David, had trouble keeping his blood sugar up. He was on an IV of glucose until he could hold his own. Here are some pictures of our little wonder during his hospital stay:
Liam had his 10 day check-up on Monday. His doctor said he is doing VERY well and should be treated like a regular 2 week old! Meaning, to us, we don't have to wake him every 4 hours at night to feed him! He slept 5 hours the first night before needing to eat and 6 hours last night! I will be just fine with getting up once at night!He is laying in my arms right now and is just as sweet as can be!

yea for babies sleeping!! Praise God that you get to sleep long enough to hopefully hit a REM Cycle! :)
