Last Set of Cabin Pictures...

We had a little trouble leaving on Monday.

Chuck needed to take 2 of the snowmobiles in to be fixed. After loading the second one on to the trailer and hooking the trailer up to the Avalanche, Nicole drove out only to discover the tire on the trailer was completely off the wheel. Thankfully, a neighbor had a tire for us to borrow. It just took a little while to get the bad one off and the new one on.

But David and I had fun taking pictures!

So that's all for the cabin! We are going to head up to Breckenridge one weekend in the next month or so.

But before that...David and I are headed to NASHVILLE, TN to see Laura, Neil and Sally Jane Gowan! Laura came out to visit us in October. We are excited, but will miss daddy very much!

More Cabin Pictures

More fun times...

The guys were thrilled to stop shoveling for picture time.

Bill "working" at getting the mound of snow flattened after helping Chuck shovel the deck!

Chuck...after he was done "working"!

Nicole playing with Keena.
My 2 favorite boys and my new favorite picture of them!
The guys needed to pull the snow off the roof so it didn't melt and slid down, bringing the furnace and electrical wires with it!
While the guys were working outside, Keena took a walk by herself. She was so fun to watch in the snow!

Fun Times at the Cabin

We heading up to the cabin last weekend and had a fabulous time away! Here are some of the highlights:

David all bundled up in his Bronco snow suit to ride up to the cabin on the snow mobile. I held him while dad drove. We all loved it!

David and Keena were best buds! David laughed everytime she came into the room and would put his hand out to touch her. She was very gentle with him!
Sleepy guy!

Getting ready to throw the ball for Keena

Laughing at Keena playing fetch

That's a start...more to come!

Random Pictures from Grandma Robbins

Before Grandma left for her trip to Poland, she brought some pictures from her camera over for us to download. Here are the highlights:

These 2 are from our trip to Wyoming to stay with Bill's Aunt and Uncle after Christmas to visit with them and Bill's cousin, wife and 5 of their 6 kids.

Here's Alice with Kira, Kevin (Bill cousin) and Jeanine's 3rd little lady (They have 3 girls then 3 boys)
The Robbins at Uncle Conrad and Aunt Donna's

I think this is at Chili's the day Alice left and I can't explain the face!
Lovin' on Auntie Alice the day she left.

I think was David's dedication day. Always loving his food!
In January, we went to visit Bill's mom's cousin (Uncle Ron and Aunt Gayle...really they are cousins, but, well, you know how it goes!)

This is Ron and Gayle's son Chad, his wife Nicole and their 2 boys Andrew (hugging David) and Aiden.

Auntie (Bill's mom's Aunt) came to visit also! She is so much fun!

Auntie and Aunt Shirley (again, a cousin really!) hanging out with David.
One Saturday a few weeks ago we went to the thrift store with Bill's parents and then went to breakfast at Denny's. The service was HORRIBLE and SLOW...but our little man made it enjoyable for all!
My 2 favorite people in the world!

This dog was Bill's grandpa's and is now a favorite of David's!
Getting ready for bath time ... doesn't he look tired and ready for bed?

By the time you see this, we will be enjoying some much needed time away in the mountains. We here there is a TON of snow. Check back for pictures next week!

From David

Hi, this is David! You may think I'm not old enough to post my own blog, but I had to take matters into my own hands. My mom has been really busy, so I told her I would tell everyone what was going on with us!

My Grandma and Dandad bought me this outfit and I just love it! I also really like standing up!

Bath time is still my favorite place!
And I'm so smart I can read upside down!
OK...so SOMETIMES I just like to eat the books!
I'm starting to get hair!

I don't know what happened here...I'll have to talk with my agent about these kinds of pictures being out for the public to hold against me later!

I'm learning how to eat on my own. When my mom first gave me a cracker to eat, I wouldn't put it in my mouth. I put everything else in my mouth, but not food! Now, I put it in, but I just don't want to let it go! So I put my whole fist in my mouth and then lick the gram cracker until it's mushy! YUMMY!

I spent an evening with my Uncle Rich last week. He flew out to buy my mom and dad's car and then drove to back to California. I even got to wear my fire fighter jammies for the the first time, just for my Uncle!
And Yes...I am the coolest kid around!
Check back in a few days for a funny video of me! My mom and dad still laugh everytime they see it!

Sleep...or something like it

Thanks to the night vision on our camera, we are able to share with you the view we get every night!

Let me assure you that this is NOT how we put him in his crib! There is an embroidered lion on the inside of his bumper, right where his face is, that he loves to sleep close to! We laugh every night when we go to bed and kiss him one more time! We can never reach him for a kiss because he's so close to the side of the crib!

In other news, we lowered David's crib about a week ago, just in case! He isn't able to get up from lying down ... yet! But we know it's coming!

Bill stayed home from work yesterday because I wasn't feeling well. It was GREAT to be home together all day. Bill has this Friday and Monday off so we will be heading up to the cabin on Saturday morning and staying until Monday afternoon. Lots of snow!!

Grandma and Dandad

Grandma and Dandad have been gone for over a week and they were missed as soon as they left. We are looking forward to more fun in March!

Thank you again for coming up, Mom and Dad! We love you!

We're back!

OK...so we never really left, but we're back to the world of blogging!

I think we last left you all with David's bum as he was climbing out of the tub. We decided to move the duck upstairs into the big tub. Our bath tub is really deep so we are sticking with the ducky for now! He was trying to climb out the first night, but hasn't since!

On the homefront...we are plugging along, looking forward to Bill's next days off! In 2 weekends we will be heading up to the cabin for a four day weekend. We try to head up there every President's Day weekend because that is the weekend and the place Bill proposed 2 years ago!
