How B-Rob growing:
Your baby, just over 1 1/2 inches long and about the size of a fig, is now almost fully formed. His hands will soon open and close into fists, tiny tooth buds are beginning to appear under his gums, and some of his bones are beginning to harden. He's already busy kicking and stretching (as we were able to see during the last ultrasound!), and his tiny movements are so effortless they look like water ballet. These movements will become more frequent as his body grows and becomes more developed and functional. You won't feel your baby's acrobatics for another month or two — nor will you notice the hiccupping that may be happening now that his diaphragm is forming.
How cute is that...our little one has hiccups!
Thanks, Wendy, for the idea to use babycenter.com. I like it much better than the other sites I've visited!
We have an appointment tomorrow morning as a follow-up for the ER visit on Saturday.
